Attorney Paul Bobrowski

Attorney Paul Bobrowski has a B.S. and an M.A. from the University of Massachusetts. He received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco in 1991 and later that year opened his own practice.

He began his career representing clients with civil rights claims in front of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in San Francisco. Today he practices in the areas of land use, estate planning, elder law, as well as business and appellate law.  He has acted as special counsel to towns throughout central and western Massachusetts on land use and regulatory issues.

For the past 11 years he has also served as a senior technology consultant to the State of CT Judicial Branch Information Technology Division. Bobrowski also served on the Hampshire Council of Governments, elected to represent Amherst.

Attorney Peter Vickery

Attorney Peter Vickery’s practice focuses on defending employers in discrimination cases, represents landlords in eviction proceedings, practices in the areas of land use, zoning disputes, and trademarks.

An experienced civil litigator, he is a graduate of Oxford University (B.A), the University of the West of England (Postgraduate Diploma in Law), Boston University School of Law (J.D.), and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst (Master of Public Policy & Administration).

Vickery is a former Governor’s Councilor for Western Massachusetts and former member of the State Ballot Law Commission, and is Legislative Affairs Counsel for MassLandlords, the statewide membership organization representing rental-property owners in Massachusetts.
