Attorney Paul Bobrowski

Attorney Paul Bobrowski has a B.S. and an M.A. from the University of Massachusetts. He received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco in 1991 and later that year opened his own practice.

He began his career representing clients with civil rights claims in front of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in San Francisco. Today he practices in the areas of land use, estate planning, elder law, as well as business and appellate law.  He has acted as special counsel to towns throughout central and western Massachusetts on land use and regulatory issues.

For the past 11 years he has also served as a senior technology consultant to the State of CT Judicial Branch Information Technology Division. Bobrowski also served on the Hampshire Council of Governments, elected to represent Amherst.
